Emergencies: Report all emergencies immediately and evacuate the building.
Fire: Activate the Fire Alarm (pull station red handle). Report as above under emergencies.
Water: Report all water leaks, and damage, as above, under emergencies.
Security: Do not allow strangers into building at any time. Wait for the doors to close.
Garage: Wait for the garage doors to close completely after both entering and exiting the underground parking area
Cleanliness: Clean any mess that you create.
Damage: Damage is your financial responsibility.
Moving: An appointment for a move in/out must be made with the concierge, providing a minimum notice of 48 hours and a damage deposit made prior to any move. Move-ins and move-outs are allowed only between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (Paragraph 38).
Pets: Only one pet is permitted per suite. Your pet must be controlled in the Common Areas. (Leash required, muzzle may be necessary) (Paragraph 4).
Noise: Excessive noise will not be tolerated (Paragraph 4). Quiet period is enforced from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. every day.
Parking: Park only in your designated space. Visitor parking is limited (Paragraphs 39 & 40).
Visitors: A parking pass must be obtained from the Concierge (Paragraphs 39 & 40).
Loading Zone: Restricted Use ONLY. Obtain permission from the Concierge before ANY use.
Bicycles: Bicycles are not permitted in the hallways, lobby nor elevators. Bicycle storage is available in the building. Contact the Concierge for access to the bicycle lockers (Paragraphs 4, 43, & 44).
Garbage: Carry garbage in spill proof containers through the public areas. Place garbage in the compactor machine, located on parking level one floor (P-1). Close the compactor door
completely to activate the machine.
Recycling: Recycling is practiced in the building. Please sort your garbage and place in the appropriate “bins” in the garbage room area. The “Yellow bins” raise money for the Strata. The money raised through recycling helps to reduce your Strata Fees.
Fitness Room: Do not drop weights. Personal trainers are restricted (Paragraphs 2, 27, 28, 35, & 53).
Storage: Storage space is in designated areas only. Storage is not permitted in the parking garage (Paragraphs 2, 4, 39, 44, 45, & 46).
