TEN YEAR STRUCTURAL REVIEW SURVEY

Dear Owners,

 

Enclosed with this notice you will find a Structural Review Survey created by Structural Solutions Engineering Inc. to be completed and returned to either Concierge or the office of Rancho Management Services (B.C.) Ltd.

 

The ten (10) year structural warranty on the building is coming up next year and it is imperative that any outstanding issues are brought forward within this warranty period.

 

Please fill out the attached survey and return the completed survey in any of the following ways by no later than Monday, August 31^st, 2015:

 

·        Drop off at the Concierge desk,

·        Fax to Rancho at 604-684-1956 at the attention of Kristen McManus,

·        Email to Kristen directly at kmcmanus@ranchogroup.com, or

·        Mail to Rancho at the 6^th Floor, 1190 Hornby St., Vancouver, BC

 

As noted, completed surveys must be received on or before the deadline of Monday, August 31^st, 2015 in order to be submitted to the structural engineers.
