In addition to the services they provide, they keep a daily log of all activities (complaints, patrols, requests, incidents, etc). Please inquire at the Concierge desk or call the Concierge cell if you have any questions.
The Concierge can help you with the following:
- Provide security by patrolling perimeter, parkade and common areas, and being generally alert and vigilant

- Review and uphold by-laws/rules, duties, policies, procedures and protocol (Owners and Renters, please ensure you are familiar with the By-laws)
- Issuing Visitor Parking passes, parking tags, and general parking enforcement (Owners and Renters, please ensure you are familiar with the By-laws)
- Receiving packages on behalf of the residents; however, they cannot accept packages that are Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.)
- Receive money on behalf of the Property Management and Strata
- Suite access authorization and key transfer form – must be filled out by the resident, name specific, no authorization over the phone
- Move-In/Out Bookings – bookings, fill out move requests, pre-inspections, post-inspections, put up/down elevator pads, monitor, fill out occupant profiles
- Fob/key requests – have a request filled out, collect fee (renters must get letter from owner/ agent before assigning fob or keys)
- Security checks of suites when a resident is away.(water leaks, gas leaks, alarm response)
- Special Owner Requests (away from home) – authorized access to suites, holding mail or putting mail and packages into the suite (authorized only), key control/transfers, security sweeps
- Send and receive faxes, photocopy for residents (no long distance)
