Enclosed with this notice you will find a Structural
Review Survey created by Structural Solutions Engineering Inc. to be completed
and returned to either Concierge or the office of Rancho Management Services
(B.C.) Ltd.
The ten (10) year structural warranty on the building
is coming up next year and it is imperative that any outstanding issues are
brought forward within this warranty period.
Please fill out the attached survey and return the
completed survey in any of the following ways by no later than Monday, August 31st, 2015:

As noted, completed surveys must be received on or
