Please be mindful of your neighbours when closing your suite door. We have
received an increase of complaints about suite doors slamming shut at all hours of
the day and night, causing a disturbance.
When closing your suite door, please be sure not to let it swing shut on its own.
Residents can prevent excessive noise generated by the doors by catching them
before they slam and slowly bringing them to a close.
Please also be sure to keep voice levels to a minimum if conversation must occur
in the Common Area hallway.

Spring Cleaning - Garbage Bin Available March 17-March 24
As spring approaches, your Strata Council would like to give Residents the opportunity to do a Spring Clean by providing a bin to dispose of unwanted items. This bin will be available as per the following:
Monday, March 17th - Monday, March 24th, 2014
The bin will be located in the back loading bay. The following items are acceptable for disposal in the
bin:
Mattresses ($25 each)
Tires ($20 each)
Wood / Metal
Appliances/furniture/standard household materials (fridges/freezers must be emptied of all food waste)
Green Waste (branches / clippings are acceptable but any excess dirt must be shaken off)
Please note that the cost to dispose of mattresses ($25 each) or tires ($20 each) will be the
responsibility of the Resident. Please see the Concierge to submit payment and be issued a
receipt.
Items that are NOT acceptable for disposal in the bin are as follows:
Hazardous waste Toxic/Biological waste
Lead-acid (car) batteries
Oil/filters/empty oil containers
Medication/Pharmaceuticals Insulation
Asbestos Drywall Dirt/Sod
Paint, solvents, chemicals, flammable liquids, gasoline, propane tanks, pesticides (empty & dry paint
cans, with lid off, are okay)
Rocks, Brick, Concrete, Cement, etc.

Drainage Line Hydro-Jetting (Bike Rooms, Meeting Room & Exercise Room Closed)
Please be advised that Pacific West Mechanical will be on site to hydrojet, drain
clean, and camera scope the drainage lines at “Freesia” from Wednesday, March
5th through Wednesday, March 12th, 2014.
In addition to work being done in specific Units (notices have been provided to the
Units in question), work will also be done in some of the Bike Rooms, as well as the
Exercise Room and the Meeting Room. The following Bike Rooms must have all
bikes removed by no later than the end of the day on Sunday, March 9th, 2014:
Bike Rooms 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9
Any bikes not removed by the above-noted date and time will be manually removed
and stored elsewhere. Neither Pacific West Mechanical nor the Strata Corporation
will be liable for any damage done to bicycles that are manually removed.
Residents having to remove their bikes from these rooms will be given permission
to transport their bikes to their suites until the end of the day on Wednesday,
March 12th, 2014.
Please note that the Exercise Room and the Meeting Room will both be CLOSED
on Wednesday, March 12th from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Drainage Line Hydro-Jetting - March 5th to March 6th (SUITE ACCESS REQUIRED)
Please be advised that Pacific West Mechanical will be onsite to hydro jet, drain clean, and camera scope the drainage lines at "Freesia" from Wednesday, March 5th through to Thursday, March 6th, 2014.
Access will be required to specific units for which residents will be notified. Access required time for in suites will be from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m daily.
